Lactic acid is known as a gentle AHA (alpha-hydroxy acid) that also improves hydration.
This serum works by dissolving the 'cement' that holds together the dead skin cells on the surface of our skin.
 
This 'shedding' of dead skin cells will result in a smoother texture, reduced hyper-pigmentation and a healthy glow. You may find acne and blemishes reduce due to the anti-microbial nature of lactic acid. Fine lines may appear reduced as skin becomes smoother.
 
This serum is suitable for dry skin types, but can be used by all mature (>25 years) skin types.
 
This kit includes 1 x 30ml renewing serum with ginseng and 1 x 10ml renewing serum - starter. Designed to introduce your skin in a gradual fashion, the starter bottle is lower strength. This reduces irritation and allows your skin to adjust to this new routine.

  • HOW TO USE

    If you are new to lactic acid serums, we recommend you start with our Starter Kit.

    This serum works by encouraging the shedding of dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. After 2-3 applications, your skin may feel rough, hard and start to flake. This is normal and you should complete this process within 7 days. 

    • Apply a few drops to a clean face in the evening. Avoid the lips and eye area.
    • Spread over the face and neck with your fingers and allow to dry.
    • Use every other night.
    • Follow with moisturiser or face oil of your choice if desired. If using to reduce acne, you may not want to add any further products.
    • Always use sunscreen in the morning as AHA's are shown to increase the skins sensitivity to the damaging effects of the sun.
